Key Responsibilities: + Provide expert support for Windows operating systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. + Offer technical support for printers and other peripheral devices. + Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. + Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. + Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations. + Document issues and solutions for future reference. Qualifications: + Proven experience with Windows operating systems. + Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting. + Experience in supporting printers and other peripherals. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools. + Experience supporting healthcare critical applications. + Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals) are a plus.
