About the team
This role is a part of our CPRS (Complete Payment Recovery Services) team, it helps businesses recover debts by utilizing collaborative management platforms, proven strategies and a workforce that is thoroughly trained in governance, regulatory compliance and customer service. CPRS enables companies to control operational costs, leverage collections expertise and minimize compliance exposures, all while maintaining brand image and customer loyalty.
What you bring:
Must have 2+ years of experience in Tech Support roles.Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applicationsAttention to detailAbility to follow written documentationAbility to assist in writing or updating documentation Proficient in responding to business emails with internal and external clientsWhat you will be doing:
