Job Summary: Applications Systems Analyst Programmer
We are seeking a skilled Applications Systems Analyst Programmer to join our IT team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to support enterprise applications and reporting tools that are essential for our business operations. You will ensure that application development aligns with our organization's architectural vision and strategies, translating requirements and business logic into design specifications for development. Additionally, you will revise and update applications as needed, providing thorough documentation for end-users, and participate in the software development life cycle of projects.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with all departments in support of enterprise applications and reporting tools that provide information and functionality for ongoing business operations. Ensure application development is consistent with architectural vision and strategies of the organization. Translate requirements and business logic into design specifications for development. Revise and update applications as required and provide documentation for the end-user. Participate in the software development life cycle of projects.Qualifications
2+ years of programming and system analysis experience. Familiarity with relational database systems. Familiarity with standard application development methodologies and adherence to best practices. Strong logical and analytical skills. Ability to learn processes, tools, and technology quickly and completely. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities. Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical and software engineering problems. Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills. Experience with version control systems, web apps, .NET, REST APIs and XML/JSON. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL, including schema design, stored procedures and SQL Server Management Studio (or equivalent relational database management systems). Salary/Wage Range
$75,000 - $85,000 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
