**ManTech** is currently seeking a highly motivated **Application/Technical Manager** with an active Secret clearance to join our team at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in **Bremerton, Washington** . **This is an Onsite Position.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for the management of the Navy’s Logistics Data System (LDS). + Provide exceptional customer support to a diverse client base with varying needs. + Act as the liaison between Users and Developers to manage system enhancement requests, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). + Manage scheduling for the installation, integration of hardware, system fixes, updates, and enhancements. + Demonstrate proficiency with both Microsoft Windows Server 2016+ and Unix Operating Systems. + Operate and manage Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including both Oracle and Microsoft SQL. + Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL), including table relationships and views, to perform data queries and troubleshooting. + Apply strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills throughout the TCP/IP stack. + Resolve complex and non-routine technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline (or 6 years of equivalent experience in related fields). + Two (2) or more years of IT experience, particularly in IT system administration or related fields. + Must possess an active IAT II Cybersecurity Workforce IA Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.). + Must be able to obtain an Operating System Certificate (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) within 6 months of hire. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) and the protection of Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program Information (NNPI). + Experience with the IBM AIX Operating System. + Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create reports and manipulate data in response to customer requirements. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret security clearance prior to starting this position. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time. + Occasional movement within the office for communication and accessing resources. + Ability to work in confined spaces or challenging environments as required. + Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as printers. + Occasionally lift materials or office equipment up to 25 lbs.
