Position Summary:
Ensures the Cornerstone Learning Management System is functioning optimally, data integrity is intact, and reports are produced timely and accurately.
Participates in implementing or enhancing products and solutions following project development and implementation lifecycles.
Collaborates with LMS business team and vendors to ensure products and solutions are properly supported.

Analyzes, verifies, tracks and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices to process data. Verifies design documents, executes testing for new functionality, and detects defect fixes. Modifies procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
Job Responsibility
Analyzes, verifies, tracks and identifies required inputs; prepares detailed program specifications. Coordinates the system's installation with the user department, ensuring satisfactory results. Oversees the implementation of required hardware and software components for approved applications. Develops and maintains relationships with end-users to understand system requirements. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution. Creates and maintains documentation for workflow, operating procedures and system administration. Participates in project meetings, and create/maintain detailed implementation plans. Tracks the progress of tasks and issues and actively communicate status and resolution efforts with project stakeholders. Works effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information. Builds partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Preferred Skills:
Master’s degree in computer science, Business, or Engineering, preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience required. Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills preferred. Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills preferred. Previous Learning Management System experience would be a plus. Working knowledge of desktop publishing software required. Experience with SCORM Compliant Content Development tools, (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, video and voice editing software, etc.), preferred. HTML and Web Design experience, preferred.
