Job Description:Under supervision, provides services designed to assist with application of computer technology to streamline and improve service management for the organization. Support the operation, configuration, customization, and/or development of solutions. Work closely with clients to analyze activities in order to best meet business needs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, workflow and process mapping, collaborating with team on developing model, specifications, and logic diagrams; planning, developing, testing and documenting service management software and to customize portions of purchased package; and providing support to user departments on service management system.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in computer science, information systems, or related field.   OR associate’s degree required with a preference in computer science, information systems, or related field plus 2 years’ experience working in a computer programming related field OR 4 years of experience working in a computer programming related field. 

Applications Analyst II: $31.64 - $47.46
Applications Analyst III: $35.62 - $53.43
