This role will focus on testing AI-driven functionalities, ensuring model accuracy, performance, and compliance. Responsibilities include validating AI workflows, performing bias testing, and enhancing automation coverage for AI-powered features.

Qualifications:

Experience in AI/ML testing and automation.Strong understanding of model validation, performance testing, and compliance requirements.Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to write and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium tool.Strong in manual and automation testing skill set.Good exposure on REST/SOAP API testingStrong problem solving and debugging skill set.Good hands on Automation ,Configuration and Test Framework  such as Selenium/GIT ALM/Jenkins etcShall possess excellent verbal & communication skills.Should be  strong in analysing use cases/requirements, developing and execution of Test Plans and participate in Test Coverage reviews ( with Peers/PM/Development).Work closely with development/product Management/Release testing & ops teams.To be Familiar  with wide range of testing ( accessibility/JAWS. language, upgrade etc) for products domain.Proactive bug identification in development phase to avoid future regression in production phase.Shall work with peer teams and remote teams across time zones and shall be good team player.Must be able to work independently with minimal assistanceBasic Knowledge of Unix and SQL commands is preferred.
