Group/Division
KLA Pro Systems is responsible for sales/marketing and applications support of fully modernized mature Metrology and Inspection systems. Pro Systems Marketing and Applications organization is responsible for coordination of customer demos, applications acceptances, STRs, source inspections, RFQ, spec responses, maintenance of sales collateral for internal and external websites, pre-sales, benchmarking and technical engagements to drive customer adoption and strategic penetrations.
Responsibilities
Own KLA Pro Systems related tool models applications, field product acceptances and technical engagements at customer sites worldwide. Support applications execution in the demo process (understanding DRF, talking to account team RPM, apps to define demo success criteria), and delivering final reports to the customer. Technical function and maintenance of knowledge database for KLA Pro products. Define and arrange for chargeable STRs, billable support – KLA Pro apps contracts. Support developing tools and sales collateral enabling field and internal sales to sell KLA Pro Systems range of product offerings.
Responsible for KLA Pro delivery of applications related to the sold (Metrology/Inspection) Pro portfolio of tools. This includes coordination, planning, communication and applications execution at customer sites. Assist in developing tools and sales collateral enabling field & internal sales to sell broad range of product offerings. Work closely with diverse KLA Pro Systems organization including operations and internal sales; account teams field sales, Tech directors, RPMs, and peer Applications engineers.Working with diverse KLA Pro organization and global field organization.
Qualifications
Required knowledge of operation/applications of KLA Pro (Archer platforms), preferably Level 3 certified. Ideal candidate will have demo lab and/or field apps experience on these systems. Must have 5+ years’ experience in IC processing/semiconductor industry or related field.
Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be self-driven, independent, yet a strong team player.
Ability to travel worldwide (on average 50%) is required to support customer visits and possible execution of demos and/or technical engagements in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate should have min of BS/MS in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related fields.
Patterning Films applications, Hands on experience on 5XXX and Archer platforms. Knowledge of other KLA product platforms is a plus.
