Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, NJ location.
Duties: Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Escalate and report control issues with transparency. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of software development experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Conducting web or service side development using JAVA / J2EE, TIBCO BW, UNIX, SQL, DEVOPS, Agile, OpenShift, JIRA, BITBUCKET, GIT, ECS, and Solace; Using Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Maven, TeamCity, Jenkins, and automated testing tools including Junit to develop robust software; Working on business requirement and analysis and writing functional and technical requirements using tools including Powerpoint, Confluence, and Snippet; Designing architecture and code in JAVA, TibcoBW, UNIX, LINUX, Amborosia, SQL, and Mongo DB third party tools for low latency performance of the software; Working on various messaging for event driver enterprise including Enterprise Messaging Middleware TibcoEMS, Solace, MQ; and Utilizing agile JIRA methodology for business and technical requirements, making changes and overseeing test cases and ROD for deployment in production. 40 hrs./wk.
