Insight Global is looking for an Application Engineer to join one of our large automotive clients out of Dearborn, Michigan. This person will be joining a team focused around the application of new instrument clusters into future vehicle programs. The engineer is expected to lead and manage these integration projects, coordinating all the various internal organizations and suppliers that together co-create high quality Instrument Clusters that launch on time and on budget. They are seeking a highly motivated leader who leverages existing knowledge and experience to quickly pick up new skills and knowledge. Must be comfortable with communication in large forums and be able to simplify and communicate complex concepts. This individual should have experience working cross-functionally with an ability to quickly build rapport and relationships. This individual should also have a demonstrated history of success leading complex projects with suppliers.

$30/hr to $45/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
