Applications Engineer II
What You'll Do We are looking for an experienced Developer with expertise in the Salesforce platform and experience developing solutions to lead our product capabilities. As an Application Developer, you will play an important role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions to meet our needs. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to transformative projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of experts. You will be reporting to Sr. Manager, Salesforce Service Cloud. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Design & Development: You will build and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce technologies. Platform Integration: You will develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware. Code Quality & Best Practices: You will ensure code through rigorous testing and adherence to development best practices. Collaboration: You will work with product managers, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and provide solutions. Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and incorporate solutions into our technology stack. What You'll Need to be Successful Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2 or more years of experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data migration tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on Salesforce. Experience working with Managed Packages.
