Meet Our Team:

We are recruiting for our team in Krakow, which is part of the Pegasystems Enterprise Applications function. This team is responsible for developing industry solutions and functional components within the Financial Services domain, specializing in Client Risk and Due Diligence (CRDD). Our products include Client Lifecycle Management, Know Your Customer (CLM/KYC), and Alert and Investigation Management (AIM), all used by top-tier financial institutions worldwide. 

The team coordinates with other Enterprise Applications teams globally to develop business solutions. Team members are responsible for ensuring the technical and functional quality of developments and providing timely assistance to the implementation and support teams, which helps ensure the successful implementation of Pega products for our clients.

As an Applications Engineer Intern in the Enterprise Applications team, you will have the opportunity to work with technical teams on defining, designing, and implementing CRDD industry solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications and market requirements. You will get hands-on experience with the Pega Platform and the CLM/KYC industry application. You will participate in design discussions and assist with implementing and testing functionality on the Pega Platform.

 

What You'll Do at Pega: Work as part of a highly skilled and motivated team focused on customer success. Implement and test high-quality industry solutions that conform to design patterns and best practices on the Pega Platform. Collaborate with the agile team to define functional and technical solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements.

 

Who You Are: A highly motivated and innovative self-starter passionate about learning new technologies and processes. You are excited to explore the latest developments and best practices in the software industry and to apply them at work. You adapt readily to changing requirements and technology choices, with the flexibility to shift directions quickly and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A team player who puts the team first is open to constructive feedback and focuses on continuous improvement. A supportive mentor, willing to dedicate time to help others grow in technical and non-technical skills. Committed to the ultimate goal of software development: the success of the business applications and the users who rely on them.BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another STEAM-related field. Fluent in English.
