About our team: The Raymond Application Engineering team is a close group of dedicated innovators. Our team travels to remote locations to support obtaining industry compliance for our iWAREHOUSE products installed on our lift trucks. Activities include Installing, updating, and testing specific iWAREHOUSE products. About the position: We are looking for an Application Specialist to act as an iWAREHOUSE key technical liaison. This role will provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the project. You will: * Develop, and test iWAREHOUSE products with specialty equipment and related software programs. * Engage in daily interactions with both internal and external customers, which encompass installation and testing of IWAREHOUSE products in a challenging environment. * Install, implement, and integrate iWAREHOUSE products and solutions, including automated solutions. This involves the entire process, from conducting demos and pilots to being boots on the ground for all stages of deployment. * Use AutoCAD to determine design improvements. * Display ownership for all facets of the role including documentation and technical issues and customer issues. * Troubleshoot and identify reported issues and provide technical support to external customers as needed. * Support the Raymond Enterprise by assessing customer needs, sites and assisting with customer presentations. * Ensure customer requirements are met by testing and relaying results to multiple internal and external resources. * Ensure user’s needs are met in provided application solutions. Travel to customer sites as needed to support software installation and system troubleshooting and testing critical to the overall system implementation. * Travel is expected to be 100% (Monday-Friday). About you: * 2+ years of technical field experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organization, documentation, time management, and interpersonal skills. * Willing and able to learn quickly in a high paced environment. * Adhere to internal processes and execution of their standardized improvement initiatives. * The ability to perform duties under minimal supervision but respond to rapidly varying requirements. * Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software. * Ability to deal with customers on a face-to-face basis. * Exhibit accurate performance with the ability to be flexible. * Motivated to pursue continuous self-development and training. It would be great if you had: * 5+ years of technical field experience. * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field. * Experience with: * AutoCAD * Radio Frequency (RF) * IT/networking experience including cabling Travel Requirement: * 100% travel About the total compensation package: Salary - $61,600 - $112,500 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
