We are seeking an Applied Scientist Manager who is not only deeply knowledgeable in the theoretical foundations of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Large Language Models (LLMs) but also skilled in leading and mentoring teams through the practical challenges of innovation. This leadership role demands a hands-on, pragmatic approach to navigating complex scientific and engineering problems, with a focus on delivering results.
