Position Overview: In this role, you'll  research and generate leads to schedule appointments through cold-calling businesses. Your focus will be on connecting with potential clients across the Western, Southern, and Midwestern regions of the U.S. to facilitate meetings with our branch teams. Although you'll work independently, you'll always be part of a supportive team environment. Your successes will be celebrated, both collectively and individually.

This is not your typical outbound call center role – you won't be handling payments or discussing pricing.

You will be:

 

Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential clients across the Western, Southern, and Midwestern regions of the U.S. Cold Calling: Initiating conversations with business leaders to schedule appointments for our branch teams. Target Achievement: Meeting daily and weekly targets in a rewarding environment.

Go-Getter Attitude: Eager to make cold calls and achieve goals. Resilience: You know it takes some “no’s “ to get to a yes Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Word, and Outlook, and quick to learn new software. Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with decision-makers.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm OR 6:00am-3:00pm 

Location: Everett, WA (100% in-office)

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour (additional monthly bonus of $300 – $1000)
