Due to growth and increasing call volume, the company needs a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage incoming calls and administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining client communication and ensuring no opportunities are missed. The Impact you’ll makeClient Communication\nAnswer and manage incoming calls professionally\nCatch and follow up on missed calls\nMaintain clear communication with clients\nHandle client inquiries effectively\nAppointment Management\nSchedule and coordinate client appointments\nManage calendar efficiently\nFollow up on scheduled appointments\nSend appointment reminders and confirmations\nLead Management\nFollow up on sent proposals and documents\nAssist with basic lead generation\nSupport light cold-calling efforts\nTrack and update client interactions\nAdministrative Support\nHandle basic administrative tasks\nManage documentation and follow-ups\nSupport team communication via Slack\nMaintain organized client records\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of appointment setting or phone-based customer service\nProven experience in calendar management\nStrong track record in client communication\nExperience with phone systems (Ooma Office experience a plus)\nBasic administrative and organizational skills\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
