Inside Sales (Call Center Reps)
Description:
- Handling numerous inbound with some outbound calls for all potential customers. They are on an auto-dialer system. The volume changes daily. 60-100. NO voicemails! Speaking with the customer, finding out their needs and ensuring we have exactly what they are looking for. Once they’ve verified that they are speaking with a qualified customer, they will then schedule an in-home sales representative to meet with the customer to give a presentation, quote, and contract.
- ALL Warm leads. More so-qualifying leads.
- Online leads are generated.

- Up-selling. Just informing of other products to present!
- Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter guards, Windows, Tub + Shower
- Looking for people who can tell why they are excited about being in the customer service industry.
- Problem Solvers
- Looking for individuals who can use different outlets to solve issues.
- Listen to the customer to resolve any possible issues.
- Use Microsoft Teams to reach out to a fellow team member or manager while on a call.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Using 2-3 screens at once
- Take a call, create a customer profile in database, enter notes into profile during conversation and then review and schedule sales reps to meet with customer.
Change in shift.
Days: 8am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday.
Will work every other Saturday 8-4 pm
30 minute lunch
Afternoons: 1:30 pm to 8pm. Monday through Friday

Overall, the feeling and studies show that the 6 hour day is a better work / productive day.
Training will be fully onsite, first two weeks.
Training: One on one evaluation. 2 times a month. Review calls.
- Training hours – Normal 9a-6pm. Julie starts at 8am. 1 hour lunch. No planned breaks, use restroom as needed. Handouts and guidelines are given.

During the 1-2 week time frame, see below:
• 1st week, alot of shadowing and listening to calls. Ask questions and take notes and listen to a call flow. This will go through Friday of fist week.
• 2nd week: Monday, Shadow again.
• Tuesday – ready to do a side by side either talking or typing while that person is next to them. THEN Switch, talking or typing.
• Wed/Thurs – Possible to be on the phones. All per person!
• She has open convo’s – 2 times a day!
Attendance: first two weeks, no absences. late one day, ½ an occurrences. within 30 days, if they miss one day, conversations will be had. Communication is key in advance. But if they know in advance, they will accommodate. They understand life outside of work BUT, it has to make sense. 90 days: need to be present. Ideally, they are not missing more than 3 days during the 5 month contract.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
