Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related fieldĀ \n2+ years of experience in appointment setting, calendar management, basic qualification, and data entry\nExperience with auto-dialer systems, calendar management tools, CRM systems, and familiarity with video conferencing platforms\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nEagerness to learn and adapt\nResilience and ability to handle rejection professionally\nSales or customer service certifications (advantageous)\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nProficiency in CRM systems and data entry\nBasic understanding of sales pipeline management\nTime zone management\nTask management tools\nComputer literacy and typing proficiency\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
