Responsibilities:

Deliver scripted pitch to the homeownersAdjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeownersHandle homeowner's questions and objectionsObtain homeowners information including names and addresses phone numbers etc.Receive appointments over the telephoneInput appointment details into the computer systemInput homeowners’ information and important details of conversationConfirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representativeIssue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeownersQuality control phone callsAnswer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisementsContact homeowners to follow up on initial interactionUpdate lead information and maintaining reportsSet appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales RepsHandle customer inquiries both telephonically and by emailResearch required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationUpdate existing customer informationFollow up customer calls where necessaryDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresComplete call logsComputers, CRM skills and excellent customer service skills is a MUST, Quick Learning andFollow-up skills are important.Education and Experience:Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategiesRelevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotionsProduct knowledge --Training providedProficiency in relevant computer applicationsKey Competencies:Communication skills Information gathering & managementPersuasiveness AdaptabilityInitiative Tenacious• Resilient Stress toleranceHigh energy level Self-MotivationIndustry best trainingOngoing SupportAdvancement Opportunities
