Alternance de 1 an

Poste basé à Argenteuil

En tant qu’alternant (e ) Chargée de Formation Technique , vous intervenez au sein de la Direction de la Formation Technique. Vos missions seront notamment les suivantes :

Suivre le projet de refonte du processus d'arrivée des nouveaux embauchés techniciensCollaborer avec les organismes de formation réglementaires, et nos différents servicesAdapter les formations réglementaires aux modes opératoires internesDes missions annexes : conception vidéos, suivi de la planification des formations, suivi de la communication pour promouvoir la Formation Technique

Profil recherché

Pour cette alternance, nous recherchons les qualités suivantes : 

Cursus Master formation technique/ RHMaitrise de l'anglais Maitrise du pack office, Power Automate est un +Appétence pour la techniqueConnaissances des organismes de formations, milieu de la santé/sécurité
