Job Description:
The Apprentice will provide support for the Customer Service Team in São Paulo, Brazil in a great variety of tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform advanced job role functions with moderate supervision
Operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software with minimal supervision
Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
Perform advanced problem-solving functions related to the business area
Identify and recommend incremental process changes
Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements
Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation
What We Are Looking For:
Currently enrolled in the second or third of high school
Written English skills proficiency required
Intermediate spoken English knowledge preferred
Available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, and Outlook)
Analytical sense
Detail oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
Adequate WiFi at home
