What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of what we do, making a real impact from day one. Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:

Learning the essential skills and tools of the trade to maintain and repair AC/HVAC systems. Maintaining existing building AC/HVAC services carrying out routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs. Working alongside your mentor to gain hands-on experience on our client sites. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task.

No two days will be the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to real-world projects.

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Refrigeration Air and Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician- Level 3 qualification which normally runs for 36 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
