THE JOB:
As an Apprentice Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Help the bartender make drinks and prepare garnishes.Keep the bar area clean and organized.Restock drinks, supplies, and other items as needed.Set up and label items like alcohol, mixers, glasses, and ice before service.Clean tools, equipment, and glassware, making sure everything works properly.Do opening and closing tasks depending on your shift.Provide excellent service to guests and address their needs.Handle guest complaints when possible or report them to a manager.Report any unusual events, missing items, or problems to a supervisor or Security.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Highschool Diploma, GED or equivalent1 year prior relevant experience as an apprentice bartenderAbility to work varied shift, to include weekends and holidaysMoney Handling experienceAbility to multitask and work well in a fast paced, team oriented environmentKnowledgeable of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items , supplies and equipment.

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$15.71

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
