THE JOB:
As an Apprentice Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us

THE STARTING RATE:
$16.84 hourly plus tip out

THE SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - Saturday 5:00pm-close

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers.Learn and practice mixing techniques for cocktails and other beverages.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.Restock and replenish bar supplies, garnishes, and liquor inventory.Support bartenders in handling customer orders and payments.Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.Observe and learn about bar operations, including stock control, menu creation, and customer engagement.Assist in setting up and closing down the bar efficiently.Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent1 year of relevant experience working in bartending, food and beverage, restaurant or casino settingMoney handling experienceCash handling experienceCustomer Service experience

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

$16.84

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
