THE JOB:  

As an Apprentice Bartender, you will contribute to WOW experiences for all guests by assisting the bartender and maintaining the appearance of the bar with fantastic service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. 

  

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes and garnishes.Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area.Maintain sufficient stock of all items and products in designated work areas. Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non‐alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice. Clean equipment, tools, supplies, polish glassware and ensure equipment is in working order. Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment. Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries. Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management.Notify supervisor and Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

  

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

At least 21 years of age.Currently has a TAM card, Food Handler’s Card, and Sheriff’s Card or the ability to obtain each of them. Previous apprentice bartending, bartending, bar backing, bar porter or server experience preferably in a high-volume setting.Ability to be standing for long periods of time.

THE SCHEDULE: 

On Call. Must be able to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: 

$15.5487 per hour + potential tips
