What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of what we do, making a real impact from day one. Your journey will include developing core skills and knowledge to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. You will assist with both planned routine maintenance and reactive repair tasks, gaining hands-on experience by collaborating with experienced professionals. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, prioritizing safety and sustainability in every task.

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto an Electrical Installation – Level 3 qualification which normally runs for 4 years. You will be fully supported by our partnered to achieve this qualification by having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
