Role Overview:

Recruitment Support:
posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumesand schedule interviews.
Coordinateinterview logistics and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and
new hire paperwork.
orientation sessions and assist with new hire orientation activities.
HR Administration:
employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist withemployee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help withfiling, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
Training and Development:
organizing training sessions and workshops.
Coordinatetraining logistics and communicate with participants.
Support thetracking of employee training and development activities.
Employee Engagement:
planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Collect feedbackand suggestions from employees to improve engagement activities.
Qualifications:
pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,
or related field.
communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellentorganizational and time management abilities.
Detail-orientedwith a high level of accuracy.
Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previousinternship or relevant work experience is a plus.
