Essential Responsibilities:

Comprehend drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissionsUnderstand concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete formsSkilled with traditional and engineered forming systemsCheck completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and locationComplete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor’s high standards for safety and quality

Qualifications:

Journeyperson Carpenter ticket from a recognized provincial training authorityNon-ticketed carpenters must provide proof of commercial or industrial related experienceApprentice Carpenters (levels 2-4) must be registered with a provincial training authorityMust successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testingESC Confined Space

Work Conditions:

Project to commence in April 2025Work schedule: 5 days on, and 7 days off plus statutory holidays offExtended health benefits provided by CLACThis is a local position—candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton area. No camp accommodations or travel allowances provided
