Here you will learn the basics needed for your role with us at Sulzer. **Years 2, 3 & 4:** Join the team at Sulzer—You’ll be supported in putting the practical skills you learnt at college into real work. To support your development, you will be offered internal training and mentoring while working towards a Level 3 qualification and final Apprenticeship Standard.
