In this role you'll be supporting the maintenance projects of process systems throughout a 24/7/365 pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. *This is a 2-2-3 shift - we have a night shift position available (5:45pm - 5:45am)...two days on, two days off, three days on (48 hours) then following week two days off, two days on, three days off (36 hours)* **Project variety examples:** + Work within a cutting-edge pharmaceutical site to notify team members of process, utilities equipment requiring repairs and preventative maintenance. + Support various TAI and client departments with critical maintenance projects for the production of life-saving medicines. **Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:** + Monitor Site alarm systems and escalate to appropriate personnel. + Assist in troubleshooting and acknowledging alarms across the site. + Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and utility equipment in support of a Multi-Product Large Scale Biologics Facility, operating 24/7. + Maintaining facility equipment, such as HVAC air handlers, refrigeration, cold rooms, chillers, cooling tower, pumps and drives, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, and emergency generators. + Completing any required (GxP) documentation in a timely manner, including logbooks and work orders. **You'll be a perfect fit if you have:** + An Associates degree or trade school certification within instrumentation, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, biotechnology, or other relevant program of study. + A high school diploma or equivalent is also acceptable. + Excellent customer service skills. **Compensation and benefits offering:** + Pay: $22-$28/hour (based on experience) + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure). + PTO and paid holidays. + Health benefits - Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
