Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Industrial Maintenance Technicians. This role is perfect for candidates eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. After a year, you will be a certified maintenance technician. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in your career. Pay bumps will come as you go through regular reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program that includes both theoretical classes and practical, hands-on learning.Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.Learn to inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring instruments for repairs under supervision.Help dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.Lubricate and clean parts to maintain equipment performance.Support the setup and operation of metalworking tools.Respond to maintenance requests and assist in performing emergency repairs as needed.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.Genuine interest and passion for starting a career in industrial maintenance.Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.No prior experience required; training will be provided.
