Job Role:

Integral UK is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Quantity Surveying Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. You will work closely with experienced quantity surveyors, receiving hands-on training and mentorship to build a strong foundation for a successful career in the field.

During your apprenticeship you will:

Assist in preparing estimates and cost plans for construction projects. Support the preparation and analysis of tender documents and contracts. Help measure and value work done on site, ensuring accurate financial management. Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and assess compliance with budget and specifications. Learn to manage project budgets and perform cost control and analysis. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve any financial or contractual issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions related to projects.

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above. A grade 5 in Maths and Science is required for this role Enthusiastic and passionate about a career in engineering Eager to develop new skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Good level of Attendance, self-discipline and time management. Meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks effectively There is a minimum age requirement of 18 years oldYou may be required to complete a DBS check, at either basic or enhanced level, depending on the location you will be working in.

GRADES: If you are on predicted grades, your offer will be conditional to achieving the required grades before the apprenticeship start date.

The recruitment process for this programme will take place in March & April 2025
