What You’ll Bring to the Role: + Minimum Age of 18:Due to customer location requirements, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old, when you start work, to apply. + Comfortable Working at Heights:You’ll need to be comfortable with working at heights, and be prepared to undergo a height test as part of the recruitment process. + Full Driving Licence:A valid full driving licence is required to get you where you need to be! + Location:You’ll need to live within 1 hour of Southampton Area. + Excellent IT and Analytical Skills:At Kalmar, working with computers and various software packages is part of our everyday operations. + Maths and English qualifications:If you haven’t yet completed your English and Maths GCSEs, don’t worry! You’ll have the opportunity to complete your Level 2 Functional Skills qualification before the end of your apprenticeship. + Self-Motivated & Enthusiastic:You’re passionate about engineering, driven, and bring a flexible, enthusiastic attitude to everything you do, so you’ll need to have strong IT literacy and excellent analytical skills to thrive in this role. + Will to Learn & Succeed:Eager to grow, develop, and succeed in the role. + Willingness to Travel:Flexibility to travel and stay away from home, in hotels, as part of the job. + Craft/Tool Skills:Got a natural flair for hands-on work?
