About this RoleBrink Constructors, Inc.
The Apprenticeship Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all aspects relating to apprenticeship support services, including the administrative operations of maintaining the pool of eligible apprentice candidates, as well as the intake, tracking, enrollment, registration, and retention of apprentices.
Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $23 - $30 per hour
What You'll Do Maintain database with all apprentice and company recordsTrack monthly apprenticeship hoursFirst point of contact for all apprenticesPlan, coordinate, and schedule apprentices for each class segmentProcess all student enrollment paperwork and ensure apprentices are successful within the program What You'll BringRequired
Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher in office administration or related field preferred.At least three years of office experience requiredPreferred Skills
