Educonnect has an exciting opportunity for you!  Reporting to the Director of Apprenticeships, the Apprenticeship Success Coach is a workforce-related role that is responsible for the generation of apprenticeship opportunities for participants. This position will also work closely with the Youth Job Developer, Director, Career Services and Director, Employment Services. This role will be hybrid. Responsibilities   Collaborate with the Director of Apprenticeships to design and implement apprenticeship pathways. Guide apprentices through program enrollment, onboarding, and training milestones.  Assist in cultivating partnerships with employers to create and sustain apprenticeship opportunities. Work with the Director to develop marketing strategies for recruiting diverse apprentice candidates.  Maintain detailed records of apprentice and employer participation. Serve as a liaison between employers, apprentices, and training providers.
