Apps Performance Specialist, Large Customer Sales (English, Mandarin)
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media. + Experience with the App campaigns. + Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to communicate with and serve local clients. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in performance marketing, and return on investment driven media strategies. + Knowledge of Mobile App Development on iOS or Android. + Understanding of apps and mobile marketing ecosystems, and mobile user acquisition platforms. + Understanding of the industry's issues, a goal for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's strategies within the marketplace. + Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. As an Apps Performance Specialist, you will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to define account level App strategies as a vehicle to achieve clients’ business objectives. You will lead and own complex pre-sale, sale, closing and execution engagements and take responsibility for advancing customers' feature and product adoption of Google’s App Campaign offerings. You will demonstrate an understanding of Google products, unlock the full potential of the app ecosystem and help app advertisers cultivate an install base of active users that can drive business outcomes for the business. You will define success in the app ecosystem and understand various different measurement approaches used in the App space by attribution partners. In this role, you will be building partnerships at various levels of the organization, with particular focus on partnering with Sales teams, Regional teams and Global Product teams. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Lead front-line promoting efforts across all Google's App solutions for the largest and highest opportunity accounts in the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. + Partner with client-facing teams to scope and collect client requirements, provide guidance on app best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs. + Build long-term C-level relationships with client decision makers and their agency counterparts to build and carry out long-term marketing strategies. + Use data analysis, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft compelling executive narratives that position our products as solutions to critical business priorities. + Identify gaps in products and build business cases based on advertiser needs. Synthesize multiple viewpoints and communicate the client perspective for the product features and solutions necessary to drive long-term success of our Large Customer Sales (LCS) advertisers.
