Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the advanced quality activities APQP/ANPQP or any similar customer requirement. Ensures the Voice of the Customer is clearly understood, translated into requirements, technical specifications, and special characteristics Elaborate the control plan and ensure its efficient execution in the manufacturing area in all phases. Participate in the PFMEA elaboration. Ensure the manufacturing line readiness and tooling validation. Consolidate and ensure the correct implementation of the lessons learned in the manufacturing area. Manage the PPAP deliverables and PSW submission and approval. Lead the G8D meetings to solve customer Aims / Quality Rejections and internal issues during the prototype phase via LQTS Evaluation of corrective and preventive actions in place in response to customer complaints Methodical support to other departments in quality improvement Cooperation in the creation and maintenance of an integrated quality system Regular preparation of reports (MOS and others as needed) Collaborates on non/regular employee evaluations (e.g. new hires, shift evaluations, etc.) Business trips as needed Follows the instructions of his supervisor Customer representative
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within the automotive industry Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards) Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP Good skills in Teamwork Results oriented Strong leadership Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
