Apriso Functional Consultant

As an Apriso Functional Consultant, you will make an impact by designing and implementing MES solutions to optimize manufacturing processes to improve overall efficiency. You will be a valued member of our IoT team and work collaboratively with our Smart Manufacturing Operations Lead.

In this role, you will Analyze factory needs and map requirements from as-is to to-be processes. Architect solutions using Apriso MES, build functional business blueprints, and manage the project lifecycle. Configure Apriso MES to meet customer goals and integrate with SAP systems. Capture business requirements, conduct testing, and ensure successful launch deployment. Offer mentorship, training, and support to customers, partners, and project teams. Design processes to capture standard methodologies and lessons learned. Contribute in pre-sales activities, RFPs, and packaging solutions for vertical industries. Coordinate internal process improvement initiatives for Apriso practices. Prepare, review, and implement test scripts, functional documents, and application deployment support. What you’ll need to succeed (required skills) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. A proven track record of 8 years or more in Supply Chain/MES/ERP/Automation roles, with expertise in business processes and practices. Expert in implementing MES software for modules like Production, Quality, and Warehouse, including automation, production monitoring, scheduling, and ERP interfaces. Solid grasp of Apriso data model, process builder framework, and shop floor material management, including replenishment strategies (Push/Pull, Kanban). Outstanding knowledge of project management and presentation tools. Efficient problem-solving skills with hands-on knowledge of Apriso modules (Production, Quality, Inventory). What will help you stand out (preferred skills) Proficiency in SAP/Oracle applications, BizTalk Server, SAP Business Connector. Certifications such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Apriso MES Consultant is an added bonus. Knowledge of RF and RFID technologies.
