APU Customer Account Manager

Location

East Hartford, CT

Compensation: $27.00 hourly

Job Description

Monitor orders being placed by PW Canada for APU Spare Parts to PW to be sure they are being processed correctlyJoin meetings with PW Canada to manage certain critical ordersProvide status updates of multiple order reports including the IDOC report which details orders that have misaligned delivery dates between PW and PW CanadaUse multiple transactions in SAP including MD04, VA02 and ZA05 when appropriateIdentify needs for improvements and provide ideas on how to make existing work processes more efficient & robust.

Experience/Qualifications

Strong customer service skillsAble to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization (management, co-workers, customer)Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.Experience with SAP a plus.VBA Coding & excel macroinstruction experience a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred

Travel Requirements

< 10%

Monday through Friday, 8 Hours a day, First Shift
