Reporting to the Senior Manager for Business Intelligence, the primary role of the Salesforce Administrator/Business Intelligence is to provide proficient support in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform across the organization. This includes maintenance of basic Salesforce administration, providing first-tier support on daily operations of the CRM and basic Power BI development support.

The Salesforce Admin/Business Intelligence Associate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations and the satisfaction of our customers. They will proactively manage data entry and reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and handle support tickets submitted by the sales team. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive data accuracy, process improvements, and reporting capabilities. The role also involves providing user support, training, and enforcing process compliance through audits.

This role is part of the Sales Organization and is fully remote. The candidate must be able to travel in the US if located in Canada and travel into Canada if located in the US. The travel is about 10%

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Support/Ticket Management: Manage the intake, prioritization, and resolution of support tickets from the sales team, and handle Tier 1/Tier 2 tickets. Maintain records of support requests and resolutions for process improvement and reporting.Data Integrity and Process Audits: Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure accuracy and high data quality standards, and ensure compliance with established processes.System improvements: Work with developers on the Business Intelligence team to develop and deploy automated tools and processes in CRM and Reporting systems.Sales Metrics: Responsible for data entry and management to ensure accuracy in sales reporting, analytics and forecasting.Dashboarding and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.Support our Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers with quote preparation and project documentation for our strategic customers.Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training materials to educate end-users on CRM processes and best practices.Documentation: Document system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices to support business continuity and standard work.

The essential requirements of the job include

High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management strongly preferred).2+ years of experience with CRM systems like Salesforce required (Salesforce Certification like “Salesforce Administrator” preferred). Experience must include tasks such as creating/closing opportunities, ticket support, basic troubleshooting/debugging of Salesforce.2+ years in administrative support of a sales organization, preferable a SaaS company.Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Moderate skills in Word, and PowerPoint.Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.

US ONLY: 

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
