Role Overview: Make an Impact Through Aquatics Leadership The Aquatics Manager at British Swim School is a growth-driven leader dedicated to ensuring every individual has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. You will hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of swim instructors while maintaining program integrity, safety standards, and an excellent customer experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about swimming, leadership, and working with children. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our classes are engaging, effective, and aligned with our survival-first, learn-to-swim-second philosophy. Responsibilities Aquatics training & classes + Lead, train, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of swim instructors. + Overseeday-to-day aquatics operations, ensuring adherence to British Swim School’scurriculum, safety protocols, and brand standards. + Create andmanage instructor schedules, ensuring class coverage. + Activelyengage in water instructionto take classes. + Must be available forweekends, evenings, and flexible scheduling. + Conduct regularclass observationsto maintain a high-quality learning environment. + Enforcesafety protocolsand emergency response. + Address anddocument employee or customer concernsand maintain clear communication with leadership. Customer Engagement & Retention + Support in addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback. + Engage with students and families toensure a fun and positive experience. + Conductregular progress evaluationsand facilitate student move-ups. + Overseecustomer retention efforts, ensuring students progress effectively through the program. + Work closely with theFranchise Ownerto analyze performance, optimize scheduling, and enhance revenue. + Participate incorporate training and franchise-wide initiatives. Minimum Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Complete corporate training and certification and be able to train instructors + Strongleadership and coachingskills.
