Responsibilities Make an impact Prepare and issue invoices to customers, process collections and applications, monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments, reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies, prepare monthly accounts receivable reports for management, assist with month-end close processes, provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.   Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, proficiency in both written and spoken English, other EU language would be a plus, minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, good organization skills, with strong attention to details and a high level of accuracy, with good time management, related professional accounting qualifications such as CPA/ ACCA are preferred, self-motivated and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work, independently under pressure, team player with good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, good organization skills, with strong attention to details and a high level of accuracy, with good time management, fluent Chinese language knowledge is a plus.
