How you’ll make an impact:
This role's major focus is to provide support and oversight for the Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting and accounting activities performed for legal entities and representative offices of Edwards Lifesciences Sarl in the EEMEA region. The role is pivotal for the successful execution of the annual sales targets and for the mitigation of credit risk.
This position works closely with the EEMEA and European Finance teams and other regional support functions.
Supports accounting activities for EEMEA legal entities (document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions)Provides regular and ad hoc updates for Accounts Receivable status and interacts with internal and external stakeholders in timely mannerProcesses customer receipt payments on JDEMaintains customers’ accounts in JDE / SFDCActively supports Credit management: takes timely operative action as well as longer-term strategic focus to minimize DSOAudit: prepares all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors as necessaryInternal control: ensures necessary internal accounting controls and procedures are in place to safeguard the assets of the companyProvides admin support for Dun and Bradstreet Finance Analytics for EMEA (EU + EEMEA) organizationEnsures monthly balance sheet reconciliations are prepared in an accurate mannerSupports implementation of accounting and finance related process improvements and projectsWhat you'll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree & 2+ years of work experince in the field of accountingProficiency in EnglishWhat else we look for (Preferred):
