AR Analyst will to be in constant contact with different countries (focusing Germany) and locations across the world to ensure high level of service is provided. While doing that the candidate will also learn different methods of work across different cultures. **Your role and responsibilities** 1. Assist in the planning and execution of effective cash collection strategies. 2. Liaise with clients to schedule and collect payments. 3. Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate records of collection efforts. 4. Support in the preparation of collection reports. 5. Collaborate with the sales and accounts receivable teams to optimize collection processes. 6. Learn and contribute to the implementation of effective debt recovery protocols where necessary. **Required technical and professional expertise** 1. Fluent (C1) in German 2. Fluent in English 3. Basic understanding of revenue collection and debt recovery procedures. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. A proactive learner with a strong desire to grow professionally. 9. Ready to travel to Germany (transition 1-2 weeks)
