Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on timePrepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or other approved methodsResolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies professionallyApply costs correctly to jobs and ensure accurate customer billingSend final invoices through email and online portals promptlyAR & AP Specialist Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or general bookkeeping requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to work with billing systems and payment platformsMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkAbility to communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team membersApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
