Ar/ap Specialist

Description

Job Summary

This candidate will be responsible for managing both the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. They will also be helping with payroll as well and doing data entry for various jobs that the companyhas won.

-Process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

-Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely processing of payments.

-Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.

-Collect and process invoices of about 100 - 200 per month.

-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

-Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable and payable.

-Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
