We are currently looking for a AR  Cash Key Resource NA & LATAM to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

The AR Cash Key resource will work withing the AR/Cash team that is part of Finance Service Center located in Asturias.

Main operations of the team are the management of the daily cash operations for the accounts receivables accounts and the related closing activities performed at month end.In addition to the daily operations the AR/Cash Key resource will work closely with the Cash Team supervisor on maintaining the highest quality standards of the activities and Internal Controls performed by the team.

Key responsibilities:

Perform and support AR daily cash allocations and support in resolving complex functional matters together with the team in the closing activities.Support to develop, drive knowledge and process improvements. Participates in different projects.Ensure SOX compliance. Promote and environment of strong internal controls and proactively work to detect and resolve any potential non-compliance issues.Develop and document training materials of all processes for AR Department. Support in onboarding new team members.Maintain ongoing relationships with the Key stakeholders, sales, customers, Controllership and credit team.Generates and compiles reports for Credit and Controllership management as required.

Key requirements:

2-3 years of relevant work experiences in finance, ideally with 1 year at least doing Accounts Receivable.University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.Experience acting as a Senior advisor on the team or Subject Matter Expert, supporting the team.Systems knowledge: Advanced level of Excel (doing Pivot Tables, V Look Ups), and SAP experience.Language skills: advanced level in English, plus Spanish as a native languageSkills: Organization and Change management, Adaptable and analytical, Leadership Skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
