**POSITION** : Accounts Payable **REPORTING STRUCTURE:** Reports Directly to Accounts Payable Manager **DEPARTMENT:** Accounting **STATUS:** Non-EXEMPT/Full-Time **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Accounts Payable Clerk will act as a supportive member of the Accounting Team, responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. In addition, this position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures to ensure Fifth Sun finances are accurate and up to date while paying vendors and suppliers within established time limits. **Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):** **Accounts Payable** + Receive & match invoices to packing lists in D365 and Docuware + Verify & post invoices in D365 and Docuware + Reconcile vendor statements + Meeting deadline for month end close for Accounts Payable **Job Requirements** + Regular attendance is mandatory. + Experience in accounts payable, or general accounting preferred. + Knowledge of accounts payable principles. + Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-pace environment. + Microsoft Office Skills a plus. **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
