We are looking for process associate who can work with Clients, Sales, Services and Cross functional teams to thoroughly understand the business, financial requirements and help them drive the revenue and accounts receivables and collections of revenue.

In this role, you will provide support in maintaining precise records of all incoming payments, prepare and send invoices to clients, contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices, reconcile any irregularities in receipts, work collaboratively with Finance leaders, Relationship managers, accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances. You are responsibles in reducing accounts receivables and increase the revenue for ADP.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Proficient in MS Office tools – Outllok, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Good listening and communication skills. Organized and able to work independently. Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations Inclusive team player to be able to understand different point of view and manage conflict in client organization. Work collaboratively with teams spread across geography. Ability to take ownership and pressure. Adapt to everchanging tools and technology. Ability to work in any shift based on the business requirement.
