The Accounts Receivable team is part of the Finance Operations pillar which is responsible for executing day-to-day operations (Accounts Receivable, Credit management, Collections and Cash Applications) for our clients. We protect and lead all aspects of corporate assets by establishing a control framework and audit environment and ensure those frameworks are implemented and followed.
Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA initiatives for the Accounts Receivable (AR) process supporting SBH. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across AR operations, including Credit Management, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of AR workflows, and experience in managing QA frameworks within finance or shared services environments.
Position Requirements
•Internal-Facing Role: No direct interaction with clients
•Read-Only Access: Required for all Accounts Receivable processes—Collections, Cash Application, and Credit Management—to prevent any Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts
•Standard Shift Hours: Must align with Indian Standard Time (IST); US shift timings are not applicable
Fixed-Term Assignment: Temporary role with a duration of 6 months
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement QA frameworks and SOPs for AR including Credit Management, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reporting
•Monitor AR transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client-specific and regulatory standards.
•Conduct regular audits and root cause analysis to identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
•Collaborate with AR, Credit, Treasury, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
•Train and mentor AR team members on QA best practices and compliance protocols.
•Manage documentation and ensure alignment with SOX, and internal audit requirements.
•Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and continuous improvement is achieved.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.
•Experience in AR, finance operations, and QA management.
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and QA tools.
•Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•Experience working with US-based clients or in a BPO/shared services environment.
•Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
•Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
